Delete your Sevenova account

You can permanently delete your Sevenova account and the data associated with it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Sevenova and go to Profile.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Review the information shown and confirm the deletion.

After confirmation, Sevenova deletes your account record and associated profile data from its active systems. This includes your Google account identifier, email address, display name, birth profile, generated guide history, saved guides, favorites, and ad-unlock records.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email jadielhgestestr@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Sevenova account. Use the subject “Sevenova Account Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion and will process verified requests within 30 days.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained only when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and deleted when it is no longer required.

Google account access

Deleting your Sevenova account deletes the data held by Sevenova. You can separately review or revoke Sevenova’s Google sign-in access from your Google Account settings.
